Traditional blocklists are easy to bypass — players often find creative ways to avoid detection. There's always a tradeoff between catching harmful messages and avoiding false positives. ChatGolem's AI goes beyond keyword matching by understanding context and intent. It can flag inappropriate messages that slip past regular filters, helping you keep your server safe and fair.

No — due to technical limitations, the AI cannot block messages in real time, as the delay would be too long. Instead, the AI works alongside the blocklist (which instantly blocks messages containing banned words). The AI analyzes messages after they're sent, notifies moderators or players with the proper permissions, and can automatically take action based on your configuration.

You pay only for the messages analyzed by the AI. Each subscription plan unlocks a lower per-message price. Usage is prepaid — just top up your balance and you're good to go.

You can upgrade your plan at any time — upgrades take effect immediately.
Downgrades, however, will only apply after your current billing period ends.

Your balance is used for both AI moderation and active subscriptions.

If your balance reaches zero:

• AI moderation is immediately paused.
• Subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.

To resume full functionality, simply top up your balance.
